A black soap made the traditional Ghanaian way, from just four ingredients: roasted cocoa pods, plantain skin ash, shea butter, and water. It cleanses without the long ingredient list of a conventional bar, and the shea butter keeps it from leaving skin tight.
It lathers generously — a small piece goes a long way — and works on the face, body, and scalp. Because it is a natural soap, introduce it gradually and patch-test first.

Apply to clean skin. Creams, lotions, and oils sink in best when skin is still warm from a bath or shower; cleansers and washes lather over damp skin.
