An oil dispenser made as a kitchen object rather than a utility bottle. It is porcelain, under a satin glaze, and opaque — which matters, because light is what turns good olive oil. Kept inside it, oil stays fresher for longer.
The spout is shaped to pour cleanly and seal tight, so the counter stays free of drips. At 12 inches tall it holds a generous 24 fl oz, and like all of Ember Collective's pieces it is finished by hand, so each varies a little.
