A travel mug thrown by hand in Maine, in a speckled tan stoneware. The inside carries an olive-green glaze; the base, a matte quail-egg finish. Each one is a little different — small variations are simply how handmade pottery comes out.
It is shaped for daily use: comfortable to hold, slim enough for most car cup holders, with an opening that takes a straw. It holds roughly 14 to 16 ounces, and it is dishwasher and microwave safe.
